Table of Content

Throughout AQT, toolbars are used to provide quick access to common functions. You are able to customize:

  • the size and layout of the icons and text on the toolbars

  • which buttons on the toolbar are visible, and the order in which they appear

To customize your toolbar, right-click it and select Customize. You will be shown the following window:

Use this window to:

  • select the style of toolbar buttons and text. Note that the Use XP Styles option applies to all AQT toolbars.

  • which buttons are visible. Use the Show? checkbox to specify whether a button is visible.

  • the order of the buttons. You do this by drag the entries up and down. To drag an entry, "grab" the line pointer in the left-most column and drag this up and down.

  • the location of separator bars in the toolbar. Click on Add separator to add a new separator, de-select Show? to remove a separator.

Click on OK to save your changes or Cancel to exit without saving. You can click on Revert to default to reset the toolbar to the default settings provided by AQT.

Apart from Use XP Styles, these settings apply to this toolbar only. Each toolbar in AQT can have different styles.

Run SQL window

The Run SQL window has two toolbars - the main toolbar and an editing toolbar. You can drag the editing toolbar to sit on the same line as the main toolbar. AQT will remember this toolbar position and reapply the next time you open a Run SQL window.
